I mess with them too. After stating the long list of things covered on a 2017 Genesis, I asked if the carburetor was covered too? After a couple minutes he said it doesn't have a carburetor. Then I asked if it covered my motorcycle. It was a mere $3300! After 15 minutes he figured out I was screwing with him and hung up.

Ask them if the flux capacitor is covered, then ask them if you can use it in a previous year if you happen to need it while jumping around in time
