Nope, this is just a cat. But subconsciously because you saw the word jaguar you just saw it when you looked. You probably didn't even realize your eyes deceived you.
And that's probably not my Uncle sitting on the left in the black hat, maybe just somebody coming by while pictures were being taken of a cat.

They've been recorded in Texas, Arizona and Colorado, that I know of. But all transients, not a breeding population, never has been since white men have been here.

There was one in Idaho also, but it was proven released and the guy who released it caught.

Nice picture Cedar, love the old Jag pics ever since Russell Culbreath. I assume that is in the late 50s or early 60s. I spent 19 years in AZ and yes they wander up.Great post.

TOO COOL FOR SCHOOL! How many modern houndsmen would wear a tie and white shirt for a photo?

Wouldn't surprise me if they could.

Uncle Will was thrown from a horse and his foot hung in the stirrup. I don't know how far he was drug but it messed up his head real bad. Even back in those times, they put a steel plate in his skull. He never was right in the head after the accident.
He thought his neighbor was messing with his wife and one day when the neighbor went in his outhouse, Will shot and killed him.
They sent him to an insane asylum where he remained until his death.
