Heard this morning on the news the troops have pulled out. Tens of thousands Afghans who fought beside us were left behind. Not all Americans were extracted either. According to Psaki, all the Americans that wanted to leave got out. What American in their right mind would want to stay knowing they would probably be murdered or become hostages?

Yeah and the fake news media is already showering Biden and his administration with accolades. Watch Biden receive the Nobel Peace prize.

Fake news is saying the far right is blowing this whole Afghanistan thing out of proportion. They claim Biden is only following through on what Trump was planning to do. That is so far from the truth.

Funny that Biden reversed all the other Trump policies,but not Trumps policy for Afghanistan?
Biden could have reversed that also if he cared at all about the people left there.

Trump and Pompeo were on Hannity last week. There was a big difference in how Biden handled the evacuation of Afghanistan and what Trump had planned.

First of all, Trump said he was never in favor of sending troops into Afghanistan like Bush did. It was like jumping into a civil war which has been going on for centuries with never any resolutions. Both Trump and Pompeo had been in constant contact with the Taliban leader. They made it clear that they intended to pull all Americans and those Afghani allies out. There hadn't been any attacks on American soldiers in many months by the Taliban. They were informed that if there were, they could expect strong retaliation. Trump intended that the pullout would be over a period of time so they could retrieve all their equipment. The plan was to keep troops in until all Americans were and equipment was evacuated. Trump anticipated the pullout could take the better part of a year. Any attempt to interfere would be met with strong measures.

...and was all conditions based as well. Technically the tali never lived up to their part of the bargain from the get go.

They feared Trump because they knew he meant what he said. When Biden took over it must have been like they just hit the jackpot. They knew they could push him around and maneuver him however they wanted. So they did.
