Not just the Border Patrol people but all federal employees have until Nov 22 (I think that is the day JFK got whacked in 1963, I found that a little weird) to take the jab or face whatever the Bidenites have in mind. We have been told in this nice Orwellian sentence that after Nov 22, "...unvaccinated federal employees will face education, progressive disciplinary action, termination." None of this has been defined. I guess they can end up firing me but they can't take the knowledge I've acquired doing what I do for the last 22 years.

We had to "attest" to our vax status as of August 27. We had 4 choices, one that was "I decline to respond". That option and the unvax response will be treated as unvaccinated. As of about 10 days or so ago, my agency claimed that 84% of its work force was vaxxed. I was actually surprised it wasn't higher considering the people I work with. If they can cut that number by half, that would still leave my agency having to get rid of about 10% of their employees over a short period of time. I think for other agencies, such as VA Health, that percentage will be considerably higher. If the Bidenites truly do go through with this action, they will probably have to fire between 200,000-250,000 employees across the civilian side of the house in a short period of time. That has never happened before, it would be uncharted territory. I don't think any of this has really been thought through in the inner DC bubble crowd. They don't actually deal with reality, just their fantasies...

As hippie brought up, same thing is happening on the military side, although at a more speeder time line, basically this month. If 10% of the military are terminated or walks, that another 180,000- 200,000 people. I have heard that of the 3 squadrons of B-2 bombers we have, if the current path continues this month, only a third of them will have flight crews, especially among the field grade officers in control of the individual planes.Again, I don't think any of this has really been thought through, except maybe to purge the government of any independent thinkers...

UPDATE: The little control freaks are moving up the date. For many of us, a lot of decisions to be made before Nov 9. If we "retire" (if we have enough service and age), we get to keep our annuity (in my case it would be about 13% of my annual salary) and our portable health care, at least that's the thought right now. Maybe they'll try to screw us of that as well. This article says the BP is only about 65% compliant so I can see them being down 25-30% of their work force after Thanksgiving if this thing isn't blocked somewhere in the U.S. court system or the rhinos in both house of Congress actually have some 'nads to block the renegade poser in office.

The military crisis is happening even quicker but there is no way they can run court marshals for all the people they will have to terminate which is needed BY LAW to terminate a military person. But then again, Sniffy and his tribe aren't really big in obeying all the federal laws out there. It could be a very, very interesting fall...

The largest hospital network in Louisiana has announced that spouses of employees who are not vaccinated will cost the employees $100/day for every day the spouse of the employee remains unvaxxed.
