how to download photos from phone

I know that this has been covered before, but I was wondering how to down load a photo from my phone onto a chat forum? I know how to do it from a camera, but have never tried it from my phone. It's an Android, I think. Made by ASUS.

Usually photos from your phone need to be resized to fit on tman. I just go to my photos and tap on the photo then i email to myself and it says resize image on the email and i resize it to 30% and then send the email. I open up my email and save the photo. Now it is ready to put on your post

Download the "photo resizer" app.
Open the app and select the pic you want.
Click the "custom size" tab and set it to 1000 x 1000.
Then use the tab form the forum to upload it from your phone.

The 1000x1000 will appear like this pic.
