Some meds I'm on make my nails grow excessively fast.
Did you know your nails keep growing after you are deceased? ( Not just yours.......everybody's)

From what I've gathered, they don't grow...it's from the surrounding tissue dehydrating/shrinking, but I'm no expert!

I used to have the farrier trim mine a couple times a year when he came to shoe the horses but the guy who has a buckin bull sized tipping table and the mikita grinder does my trimming and ivermecs me at the same time now.

I have a Variac transformer with a craftsman version of the Dremel tool this allows me to run any speed I want , the tool spins much to fast on it's own
a sanding drum with 220 and a bur an it is the best toenail trimmer around
