We have a 30 mph wind cranking this morning. That is down from the 50mph we had pick up last night. They said But Crank MT had 87 mph winds yesterday.

Calm yesterday but windy most days in the last week it was so windy the other day it blew a quarter full tub of traps off of another tub.

I am sure the lakes here have white caps. It should stir up the mud in the shallow lakes and make spearing hard on early ice. Looking at your pictures I could see it was pretty calm there comparted to here. It's spitting snow too.

We pheasant hunted South Dakota years back right before thanksgiving, the sun rises were outstanding.
