That there is a water level young man. When properly used it deadly accurate. I have used a water level many times on various projects. From installing suspended ceilings, to putting in cabinets, to checking walls etc. The red liquid is used in lieu of water for ease of seeing. Great tool.
Now lets see how many think I just used creative license to write the above???? LOL

Mac, we may have been typing at the same time, but I just went with no explanation...I've used them at my parks for building bridges in remote areas when putting in log sills and the stringers...Even a timber foot bridge should be close to level for the public to cross..
