Pozole and a Mexican shrimp cocktail . Not sure what else will show up. Not only new years but there are 2 birthdays to celebrate. We've been adopted by a Mexican family and any excuse to party and eat is always a good time.

That looks pretty good Hornady. We had ribeyes, scallops, shrimp, baked corn and a Caesar salad, washed down with ice water.

Venison backstrap with roasted potatoes and parsnips. Birch cordial for dessert. There will likely be several rounds of dessert.

My wife is from San Antonio, she makes pozole often during the winter. Great stuff
