2009 - F-150 ?

The heat is only working on the driver’s side. The fan blows cold air on the passenger side. I tried dual control and driver only control and it doesn’t change anything. Any ideas on what is wrong. Thanks in advance!

I got a 2010 that always blows heat on the passenger side, drivers side works right, Dual control also.

Needs a blend door motor. It's a little black box with a little.motor and some plastic gears. Sometimes if you bang on it, it'll work again for a little while.

Yup needs a new door gear. Be prepared for sticker shock when you find out how much it costs to repair it.

Don't get the dealer to fix it do it yourself its not hard watch a few videos. It will cost a arm and a leg to get a dealer to fix.
