Do what I did towards the end when you are basically shooting out water.
Step outside on level ground. Bend over forward, knees bent, and clench extra hard prior to release. You should be able reach 20-30 feet. You'll need a witness and a tape measure for confirmation. No pictures required!!!

It says to drink it over a period of time. They arn't lying, when I started i drank some and said it isn't that bad so I thought lets get it over with. The next thing I knew it was coming out of both ends. Not pleasant

This reminds me of the time when I drank too much beer too fast in a bar. I had to step outside for a bit for some fresh air. Turned out I needed a little more than fresh air. I felt it coming up so I thought, "well, lets see what we can do with this." My buddy had followed me out and we were standing behind a car when I aimed high to see how far a guy can projectile vomit. I cleared all the way to the front of the hood. Problem was, I was too drunk to realize that it was my buddy's car. He didn't do anything about it due to him being thusly motivated to relieve himself similarly on his boots. Rookie.
