For those of you who like anything Russian I highly recommend if still available you purchase what you like now, there is a high chance that it will be a long time until such import/export restrictions are dealt with. Russian ammunition is a big one, most of Wolf have switched over to Taiwan production in some parts to deal with the most recent ammunition sanctions against Russia(last year sometime). Russian small arms equipment is also a fan favorite over here in the states, along with clothing, some foods and specialty items. Russian alcohol, and just anything related to that type of stuff.

Russian fur market is likely to take a hit obviously, but I don't think for the long term.

@Otter, how long have you guys not been able to export to them? I am not familiar with food exports to Russia, mainly just the import side for other things.

I hear we get some of our oil/natural gas from Russian. Could stop importing that.

I wish we would put sanctions on China and stop importing all their cheap crap!

IMO China is a much bigger threat than Russia is!

everything if it comes into or leaves Russia it shouldn't

turn the merchant ships around send them to another port

put a no trade embargo on any country that has a flag ship enter Russian harbor

yes I know this will hurt a lot of people a little , my own family included my wife had a container of parts they were going to ship to Russia , farm equipment parts

So far the sanctions don't seem to be working a lot. Maybe that will change if we give it time. Ukraine I'm sure was hoping for immediate results.
