with pretty impressive credentials saying Putin may not have both ores in the water. Guess he has made a few statements that they consider out of place, even for him. Sure hope not. That has been one of my greatest fears for quite sometime now.

JMO the world has always had some bad guys but in the past we have had leadership that kept them in check. Now we have a guy who probably has to read his own name every day or he will forget how to spell it.

Russia has not been a superpower since the fall of the USSR, and really even before then was the last time they were considered great.

When this piece of paper we call a federal reserve note becomes worthless, the world will see who the real super powers are. Russia has strategically put herself in a better position than the US or the EU. Scary!

Been hearing the same thing. Things on the ground are a bit strange as well. Russian tanks sitting on the side of the road out of fuel, they dont have enough night vision to operate at night, and there are multiple reports of Russian soldiers being lost. Its obvious that Russia still hasnt gained air superiority, and just generally seems to be struggling. Very odd. Lets hope Putin still has enough left upstairs that he doesnt start pushing buttons..

I heard the Gremlin in the Kremlin has been diagnosed with a terminal illness and he probably wants to go out with a bang.
Time to clean out the bomb shelters from back in the 50's.
Worked with an old Ukrainean guy,Rudyk Chemenko was his name.Built his own house with a bomb shelter and escape tunnel.

Actually it oars, not ores, and Putin's terminal illness is old age. He is running out of time to put the old evil empire back together so he is taking more chances. He is behaving like Hitler or Stalin and the West is behaving like Neville Chamberlain.

Yeah Putin isn’t half as sharp as Biden. Joe’s at the top of his game. Reliable sources, now that’s funny.

Do you think our federal reserve note is going to become worthless? Russia is anything but strategic, getting the rest of the world to levy sanctions against you is not something conducive to winning I assure you. Not to rub it in, but their pathetic performance in Ukraine shows how "strategic" they really are, come on brother you gotta get real.

Re: Been hearing some talking heads - 02/27/22 02:37 AM

Even if our cash is just worthless paper its still backed by our resources. Oil and coal, oh those are becoming off limits. Well then we have cattle on the hills, oh they should not be used and should be allowed to roam the streets. Well then we have fur as a great natural resource, but thats off limits. Maybe our buildings are worth something to someone. Well then we feed the world with beans and corn, but no oil for diesel or natural gas for fertilize. So what exactly backs our dollar so that its not worthless ? It must be our integrity, now I feel more confident !
