Does anybody have one they can recommend ?

are you asking one to tell time or one to have employees log hours worked for payroll?

I have never sent the admin side , wife used it at her last job , there is a web interface also she used because she didn't want the company app loaded on her cell phone and she worked from a desk , but the techs and drivers used it on their phones.
