First check of my spring beaver line!

Finally got a few out, first half of the line was completely blank! Then the second half produced 6! Considering how it started, I'll take 6 outta 32!!!

I only see one of your beaver that is "red rimmed"; not too bad.

Look like lot weight truck on springs, water levels are go up good right now I see way work, they barely ok noon but go up good now, I doubt any good set out tomma or easily, bigger streams are slow react an slow drop

Surprisingly alot of the castor are shells right now, I've had a couple REAL good ones, but alot of empty ones. Is there a reason for this? Or just at random?

You are'nt going to have a bunch of full castors,when the beaver are spreading it all over.

Castor is kind of interesting as you can find shells and nice plump ones side by side any time early or late. But in general I think the plumpest castors are just prior to breeding season which for us in open water western Oregon is late December.

The first line is mine and should have been "Doesn't look like too many juvies in that pile". Sometimes I miss putting in the right ending to a word...
