Sunday Supper - 03/20/22 09:44 PM

Just out of the oven. Cooling down and thickening up. Scalloped potatoes with ground ham. One of my favorites.

Have never ground the ham. Just cut it in little chunks. Hmm... Might try it like that.

Looking pretty good, I did some baby back ribs in the oven as the grill is broke and waiting on parts.

By myself this weekend, so I'm having hash brown taters, onions, and cut up thick sliced bacon, with some scrambled hens fruit [Linked Image]

Now why'd you have to go and ruin all that good cheese by putting it in those nasty peppers? lol.

We just had burgers here. With fries. Like a normal American, lol.

No pics but I had a Ribeye grilled over an old hedge post with a few strips of bacon cooked on top. Baked tater for the side dish. Simple but hard to beat in my simple opinion.

I haven’t had brussel sprouts in about 25 years, and I hated them. I would eat those though no problem!

Fried chicken thighs with gravy, mashed taters... With gravy. And peas.

JP, Brussels sprouts are pretty good when cooked right. My wife cuts them in half and sears them in a skillet with salt, pepper, and who knows what else... They're great, but they move through you like grain through a goose.

Might have to buy some and give them a try. For all I know I had them the worst possible way to have them. Boiled.

Huli huli marinated chicken thighs cooked on the grill, wild rice, and a (This word is unacceptable on Trapperman) off green salad with homemade sourdough croutons.
