Price of diesel ?

Ordered 150 gal of off road diesel/ #2 heating oil, price anywhere from $5/gal-$5.59/gal, over the road diesel jumped $.50/gal yesterday.
Went to work in the morning it was $5.19, at the pump, on the way home same station$5.69/ gal.. The worst is yet to come.

Was buying it for under 2 bucks a year and a half or so ago.

OTR diesel jumped .20 yesterday. 5.19 now

Jumped overnight again 5.59 now

Friend texted last night 5.99 eastern L.I.

$4.99 for OTR diesel and $4.49 for off road diesel Dyke,VA.

Paid $4.93 couple days ago, its $5.25 this morning.

Yup…buddy runs a logging truck….said it went from 4.99 yesterday to 5.50 today…over the road fuel

Local trucker said some of the refineries are scheduled to shut down for regular maintenance and expect s diesel to go over $6 very soon. I have to ask myself why they all have to shut down about the same time.....

So they can make more money.

Just got back from a run on 322 between Harrisburg and State College and the .major truckstop has their fuel at....6.29!!!

Next place that was 6.19 , over a buck higher than yesterday.

Just remember the Trump haters and Biden supporters when the price of everything you go to buy doubles from the historic highs we're already seeing.

Just returned home and the same gas stations that had over the road diesel at $5.69 this morning are now $5.99, price gouging now for sure.

When I learned about this impending market conditions I added two more fuel storage tanks. Last fall I bought more than a one year supply of off road diesel, on road diesel, and heating oil.

Here in Ohio we are producing domestic fuel. Two new wells went in at this location. Drill baby drill.

Price of firewood hasn't gone up. Glad I never converted to heating oil when the price was down. Good thing they neither of those two guys signed bills to hand out trillions dollars to help you all. Well at least they finally quit that. Maybe?

We heat primarily with wood. Two year supply of wood in the woodshed. The heating oil is the secondary system.

Thanks to them two Presidents banning my foreign business, we are set up fuel for probably a year and half. Hopefully, price of fuel comes down a bit by next March.

Not just firewood. The price of everything will continue to increase, because all consumer goods are brought to market by mostly diesel powered trucks. Sooner or later the increase in prices will force people to stop purchasing many things.

Gas took a pretty good jump at the local store last night...up to 4.37

All that coon and beaver fat going to waste rendered turned into diesel fuel.

Went up THREE times at same station here Friday.

Off road is for just that, no toad tax on it.

There is no fine for using Off Road Diesel fuel/dyed #2 fuel oil , if you use it in off road equipment, that’s why it’s referred to as Off road or heating oil.

I use #1 heating oil in my 7.3. If they catch me I plan on telling them I had to move out of my house and into my truck so I’m purchasing it for home heating fuel.

If stopped by DOT, first thing they do is pull a fuel sample. Red dye , you win the $10,000 lottery.

Yes, that’s why off rd/heating oil is dyed red, if a log trucker keeps proper records here in NY when they file their Highway Use Tax, they only pay that tax for miles driven on public roads.

Inflation result it, I see Walmart groceries another price hike yesterday again an was price hike bit more then 3 week ago, I bet cost me $20 more yesterday , for same amount groceries as usual

I just bought a gallon jug of Husky Bar oil, $15, last one I bought about a year ago was $12, ONLY 25% increase.

Give it a bit of time. I'm sure north of 50 is going to be right sooner or later.

Friday am, same station was $5.25ish.

I found some OTR in WI for 4.77 yesterday, most places are 4.89 though. havent had to fill my off road diesel yet

Old stock price adjustment they just have not got new stock in place is the story I'm sticking to now.
That is the problem with bar code pricing, done on a puter at head office, but sometimes they forget to go to the shelf and take down the old shelf label
under the Consumer Price Code if you catch them they have to offer the item for free or a Ten dollar reduced price if over that 10$
