Going to miss Her

Today wasn’t the Father’s Day I was expecting. Had to put my little yorkie daisy down today do to health problems. She lived a blessed 13 years! She’s now back together with her little brother.
She will be greatly missed!

I am sorry for your loss. The best way to get over the loss of a pet is often to get another one. Maybe you should take a look at some other dogs today and bring one home, if it's the right one, so Father's Day can be the beginning of a great new relationship with a beloved pet, rather than mark the end of one.

Just went through that a month ago…It sucks ,big time.

Was she the only dog in the house ?

We are down to one dog now …and the little Welsh Terrier is missing her bud.

My friend always makes his wife take the dog to the vet ,for things like this. Says he can’t take it. I drove from work,to the vets ,when my wife and son called about putting Jack down. We held him to the very end…crying like a baby..But wouldn’t have it any other way.

A dog has a way of making things better no matter how bad you might feel .Losing one truly is a sad thing But we would not feel that way if not for that fact that they made us so happy when we where together . If you can get another as soon as it is possible Otherwise you are missing out on time together

Thank you all very much! She was the only dog for the past 6 years we had two but her brother was kill by a pit bull.
We won’t be getting another dog we have been talking about it for a while now when she’s gone we’re done.

Had quite a few dogs over the years.letting them go is always tough.

Losing a pet is harder than losing some human family members.
What happened to her brother is a tragedy!

We could never get another pet either. For us, that lasted about one month.

It is always a sad time when you have a household companion pass on. I have had my share and it never gets easier. We have an old beagle left now, once she is gone we are done with pets. Wife and I are too old so the dog would most likely out live us.

Sorry for your loss, just remember her as you know to do.

This is absurd. Pets have been dying for eons. Prayers sent? Giving grieving advice to an adult over the loss of a pet? Life is hard, buck up. It’s a lot harder than this.
