Sorry to here this. He was an icon. Me, my sis and dad always watched him on Sunday afternoon on the public TV station as a kid. Got several of his books and cassettes.

Aww too bad... He was a weekly fixture on the local weekend farm show and reports. I looked forward to his words. RIP

The first place we go after reading the livestock auction reports in the Ohio farms and dairy is the Baxter black column. Funny stuff
