Yes, we use them. Don’t know about the freezing temps.

I have always used bow jax with no issues. Cold weather should not impact these.

For me, I liked them better on recurve bows, especially if using a fast flight string. On compounds, I liked the string mounted versions like Bear Tracker mentioned.

Yes, same ones have been on my bow since 97. Mine look a little different guess they made some changes over the years. Cold was never an issue.

Do these really do the same thing as the string mounted spider style silencers? I already have those. I guess I was thinking these limb saver/dampeners are different
