We call them chestnut oak here

the chinkapin oak is very similar but in sticking with sawtooth. you should be able to identify with a fruit and twig ID book

It is a chinkapin oak .

I’d say chinkapin oak as well. Sawtooth oak should have bristles on the ends of the lobes.
