Musky is great eating, we have a fish fry every year. Roll them in flour and fry in peanut oil, delicious just like eating chicken breast all white meat.

While we can't keep them unless over 54" here, we are swimming in walleye, pike and bass, so tons of other stuff to put in the deep fryer.
