Question for folks that have done fish in a pellet grill.
I have a couple Salmon fillets that are about 1/2" thick. What fer heat and time do y'all cook fish at?

On line I'm coming up with 180 degrees for 2 hours.

It makes sense to me to do it with high heat like he's doing. I already started it at 190 so I'll see how this goes and if a train wreck, I'll go his style next time.
In fact, I'm gonna go his route next time anyways!

You want grilled salmon or smoked salmon? 190 for 2 hours is about what i cook jerkey.
