This ought to be required in every civics class taught in America. And to the celebrities that sing our Anthem at events......it's about the song......not about you.

Couldn't help thinking about the Patton movie with opening of this video.

The star spangled banner wasn't a song. It was a poem. Later set to a British drinking song.

I am disappointed when a celebrity “jukes” our National Anthem. Still brings goose bumps when played or sung properly.
