A new farmer in the area shot a buck , wounding it . The buck jumped over the fence onto the neighbor's land and collapsed and died . He immediately climbed over the fence to retrieve the buck . The neighbor saw him and approached . An argument ensued for awhile until the elderly neighbor said . “ We should apply the 3 kick rule “ .
The hunter inquired as to what that was . The elderly neighbor explained that they each get a turn to kick the other 3 times . The winner gets to keep the buck , to which the hunter agreed . “ Due to my age said the elderly neighbor , I will go first “ . They both agreed , so the elderly neighbor started and kicked the hunter between the legs extremely hard . The second and third kick was on the behind of the hunter . With that the hunter said very angrily “ Now it's my turn “ . With that the elderly neighbor replied “ No need for that , you win and can keep the buck “ and proceeded to walk back to his house .
