What Year Is this Ford...

Yesterday when I came out of the Drs. Office I saw this old restoration project sitting and had to take a couple photos. I was going to a get a couple from the rear when this old lady pulled right up behind it. I wanted to slap her. There were 50 parking spaces in the parking lot, and she had to park there.

It looked like someone had done a lot of work, with a whole bunch more to go. Does anyone know what year it might be? I am thinking around 36' or 37' .

Looks like the top may have been chopped, but don't know.

1931 IMO. But the wheels & brakes have been changed to hydraulics it appears.

Looks like a "rat rod" -- The patina and appearance are intentional. Very nice!!!

That is no restoration. That ole boy has done all he intends to do. Rat rod.

Saw an old Pontiac like that...but it was sitting on an Art Morrison frame...4 wheel disc..jag rear end..rack and pinion...latest suspension...and a twin turbo 455 undah the hood. The interior was all mouse chewed...lol

My opinion also, that's the finished product.

I wonder how many Crappies have swam through that thing.

Looking at the headlight bar I would say a 29 or 30.
