Nice uniform ears with full kernels to the end. Plant health and fertilization along with density looks to be well done. My early season (67 day) will be ready in about a week.
Crop report this week shows that spring planted cool season crops like oats, barley are still about 10-13 days behind normal. Soybeans only about 5 days. Corn was very slow starting here with late planting and cool May, but we have had heat lately with a hot week ahead of us so corn will move quickly now. Three if my smaller sloughs that I caught 25 rats in last year are already just wet mud and drying quickly.

Already finished squash and pickles. Tomatoes are next on the agenda. Stewed and tomato juice.
Butterbean plants are loaded with pods, I planted them to thick and the beans are slow to mature.
