Yeah, but I like breakfast food for supper, lol. But supper may be more in tune to “honey bunches of oats” with almonds

Yep….. fillet them out and freeze….then cook em up and build a sandwich

That's what most do any more.
I still say they taste a lot better fried bones in , and then peeled off the bones .

Y’all must have some grown bluegills up there. With bream and crappie I prefer fried whole and clean every last bit of meat off. Same with smaller sized cats. Even use the tails as chips, lol.

You fellas are right…..taste better with the bones in…..just easier to eat a boneless sammich
