ok so I've talked with them again there are rooms open !!!!!, they said to call that they are having trouble with webstie, the number is 1-800-682-6040 make sure you tell them that you are calling for a room for the convention , the block of room has a number 1489 give this

so anyone having any more problems, getting a room ?
