Went to the local clam shack ….wife got fried Scallops and I got the fried clams …bellies and all…good stuff !

Skipping dinner, ate too much at the local county fair

I went to the local watering hole and had 2 dark beers and a burger to go.

We had BBQ pig head and mac&cheese. Pig head is what I call them. In the store their called pork cutlets or pork temple meat. Browned up with your favorite coating and BBQ sauce on the top. Cheap eats at $3.50 a lb.

Roast chicken, butchered last week, with green beans from the garden and potatoes.

Daughter's birthday today, she wanted surf and turf. Ribeye, shrimp, corn on the cob, and going to wash it down with fresh blueberries with some cream on top

I’ve been wanting to cook something in a bacon weave for quite a while. Looks delicious!

Dang JD, you knocked that roast outta the park! Looks great. Fish fry here, with broccoli and tomato slices.

These are what I had last night, folks came over to burn some wood and drink some local wine. Kids had s’mores after dinner.

Antipasto sandwiches, or whatever the Colonel called them. They were good.


The Avengers had a great time also.

Home pickled beet eggs with a side of pickled fish, cheddar cheese and crackers. I am so full I won't have to eat for a few days.
