Goldenseal question.....

When does goldenseal have its red berry cluster in the northeast ??

My daughter and I planted a good many rhizomes several years back. I know where we put them. But not EXACTLY where. I've never looked too hard. But I've also never been able to find any indication of a goldenseal plant. Seems like they'd be most easily found with a red berry cluster on top. But I don't know when that red cluster is present in this area.

Thoughts ??

VERY informative article.

Agreed I know very little about ginseng and goldenseal .But I know it grows in PA .I think I have seen Ginseng here But I am not sure about goldenseal .Very good info Cathryn .Once again I can learn something new about the natural world on Trapperman
