Suspension parts 1996 F-150

Anyone have a good source or online place to get parts? I need the front shock tower mounts, coil springs and looking for shocks also. I found a set of shock tower mounts on parts geek for 194.00. Rancho set of shocks 396.00 but am having trouble finding coil springs. This truck has the dual front shocks and every place I find coil springs says will fit except for dual front shocks?

Passenger side is still good but driver side broken. Had a mechanic tell me it ain’t going anywhere but now spring is bowed. Not sure if it really needs springs? Was just gonna replace as well figuring they are probably as old as the truck, plus I’m thinking I will have to cut the springs to get at the nut that holds them at the bottom.

the thing to watch for with rock is they have a bunch of warehouses if you order 10 parts and 2 ship from each warehouse shipping stinks

if you can guy a part that costs a few dollars more that ships from the same warehouse shipping is better
