EMERGENCY!

I'm watching that old show from the early 70's right now. I really liked it. Pretty well put together for the time. "Ringers lactate"....... that's what I always giggle at. "The guy's head just fell off!" .... "Start a ringers lactate IV". LMAO.....

When I heard "lactated Ringers" I always thought someone was pitching horseshoes at a bottle of milk .

I watched the show all the time. One Adam 12 then Emergency. Couldn’t wait to watch them Good stuff right there

I remember getting my head busted open while trying to reinact a scene from emergency while playing with my brothers.

We watch it at the firehouse whenever it is on.

Years ago, that was my late brothers favorite show. Being his favorite (only) brother, I would change all the color settings on his color TV. He was color blind and never noticed until one of his friends would visit and ask what was wrong with his TV.
The fire trucks would be a greenish yellow, people would be blue and the nurses uniforms were kind of a pinkish color.

They still use Ringer's Lactate - burn victims mostly, I think. It's amazing to watch that show and see how much is still the same - and how much has changed.

I still like to watch it.

Hey, I had one of those mobile phones kept in a suitcase to hold the large battery and phone. I liked it. LOL

I love the show! Watch it almost every night. Start an IV with D5W. Must be the standard for most ailments.
