I agree, seems strange to me to draw such attention to a stupid mistake you should be embarrassed and ashamed of. Reminds me of kids that act up to get attention, even it's negative attention. "Hey, look at me." lol wink

Re: Headed to the shop - 09/20/22 01:06 AM

Yea yea wasn’t a mistake it was a freak accident. Your a little late to that debate Like I said couple weeks ago when this happened next time you hit a dog, pot hole or deer and it causes damage remember you suck at driving !!
Funny been on that same path on the lake 4 more nights without hitting anything just like the THOUSANDS of other times before.

Obviously your "freak accident" is everyone else's stupid mistake. lol ... but everyone is paying attention to you. laugh

Maybe you should start a 4th post on it next week to be sure no one misses it. grin

Be sure and give the other two thirds of the money back to the insurance company.

Why all the haters? Jbyrd the new Andy now? Lol. That is a sharp boat! Be good as new and back on the water before you know it!

Re: Headed to the shop - 09/21/22 02:44 AM

... exactly shanemoss..... keep on keepin on JB !

... but I do have to ask... does your HOA require the inside of your house to have an overpowering smell of potpourie and scented candles? ... I’ve noticed the yards of places like that are kept in check.. just curious if the interior is held to the same standard?

That’s not my house ! That one belongs to a lady in fla that is retiring in 2-3 years and pays me to keep it up ! I use the garage to put my boat in after motor was removed My buddies boat is in my build since we fish out of it for now
No HOA lol

Wish you the best outcome with that repair. Not your typical muskrat marsh trapping boat for sure!

What is your insurance company? They are being very generous on the claim.
I am shopping for boat insurance.
Hopefully it will be as good as new when repaired.
