Send some of that rain up here Patrick!
We’re dry as a popcorn fart.

That's a good idea Patrick. I think I'll do the same, just in case, and go fill some gas cans with the non-ethanol gasoline. It probably won't be as bad when it gets up here, but if you're not prepared, ya never know until it's too late.

We've had a wet summer, but no rain in past week and a half.

The NOAA model (the one pictured above) shows this storm coming in at the worst place to us here in south central Ga.....those winds will be rough here.

This Euro model is a much better scenario for us...not so much for Tampa area...

Aint it been pretty wet down that way this year?
Also the timing sucks for our pecan farmers as they are just getting into harvest season now.

Hope for the best but plan for the worst is a good motto to live by when it comes to hurricanes.

Buy several bottles of gas stblizer and use it. I have 25 BBQ size tanks of propae filled and sitting stacked by the generator, keeps forever.

I work the aftermath when the big hurricans come in and I would highly reccomend this type of plan. If I lived on the coast a Generac and a pantry full or canned food and dry goods would be a must!
