wife made chicken and dumpling, it was great

I have made a large pan of potato lasagna. I have a huge supply of potatoes this year so I sliced them and layered then between the venison, cottage cheese, sphegetti sauce mix and layers of mozzerella with a topping of sharp cheddar. I spiced up the sauce with some of my hotter salsa. Took a long time to cook a cake pan full. I will put it in the crock pot the next time. Lot of meals out of one pan.
