Looks like a nonbreeding male American Goldfinch at least that is way my bird ID app it says it is. The note also says they are rare up your way. I would post a screenshot but not sure how to upload it from my phone

Here's one at my house a couple years ago in January. Adult Male American goldfinch. Nonbreeding plumage.

From the appearance of it that there has not been any squirrels shot off your feeder.......pause.....yet.
