Elderberry wine - 2010 vintage - 11/05/22 03:12 PM
I found this bottle that I didn't realize I had. Being 12 years old, I don't know that it will be any good, but I'm going to give it a taste this evening.

I hope your elderberry wine is great! My paternal grandfather used to use elderberries in wine a lot. I grow a lot of elderberries myself.

I had some elderberry wine my grandfather made in 1960. It aged to taste like a sherry. Finished it two years ago.
Let us know how your wine tasted.

If you just happen to need a second opinion you know how to get ahold of me, lol.
Giving that Cold River lure a try. Just hung a few snares and expecting good results in the morning. If there's any reason it don't work my nose can't detect it. The stuff gives backbreaker a run in the smell good department.

Years back believe it or not there was a cork shortage,,so I had to start using the Synthetic corks.I didn't like them at first,,but that is all I will use now. They don't go bad.I have made Elderberry wine a few times,,we called it Elderberry Blow.Came out real nice,,bet yours is too.

I had some Lee Steinmeyer made awhile back. Stuff was so good it was almost addicting. I hope that aint your only bottle.
