Yankee Corn Bread..( Has Sugar ) ....and a big pot of Chicken Stew....all diced up chicken thighs...sweet potatoes...red potatoes, carrots ,celery, onion,red bell pepper, herbs...and Philly Cream Cheese.

Ya lost me at yankee cornbread, smh. But to keep the peace lol. Leftover Fried chicken livers, mashed taters with white gravy, butter beans and more lemon cake and milk for desert.

Im going to make Caldo de  Mariscos ( mexican seafood soup) using rockfish, halibut, shrimp maybe crap depending on the cost of crap when the wife hits the store on the way home.

I don't get out much but I would think crap would be cheap if not free. grin Seafood soup sounds great, I'll take mine hold the crap please.

Yes. We were raised that you never put sugar in cornbread. If you do it's no longer cornbread, it's johnny cake. I personally never use sugar but hey, who am I to call people that do sissies, freaks or weirdos. grin Seriously to each their own and I'd tear that chicken stew up!!
