I won the lottery

just not that lottery

ran into good-will to buy some more forks it is next to the grocery store. I have no idea where the forks run off to but at less than I pay per round to shoot 223 I buy some more from time to time.

I see them pushing a cart out with a pair of La-Cross Ice man pack boots and they looked huge so I grabbed them off the cart before the lady even had a chance to put them on the shelf.

I tried them on a touch short on me , which should be perfect for my son he is a size or size and a half smaller
the laces were rotten , the uppers a little dry but otherwise the same early 90s Ice mans I wear
these had very good looking liners

he was just complaining about cold feet this weekend deer hunting.

I have two pair of the Ice Kings. This last weekend I sat all day Saturday and Sunday wearing just thin little poly socks. My feet sweat so bad walking in I wear the poly socks when walking. Keep my wool socks in my backpack but didn't need to put them on was fine.
It is getting hard for me to walk in the Ice Kings though. Their pretty clunky.
My son wears Iceman.

My Ice Kings are the warmest boot I have ever had.Had to replace the liners a couple times over the probly 25 years Ive had them.Might be closer to 30 years.

think I have had mine since 1992 had to replace the laces and I think the liners once

they are clunky but so warm soles get very little wear because snow is about the only time I wear them

It was cold enough opening weekend I dug out a pair of unworn Icemans I have had for years. Yes, they are heavy and clunky but my feet stayed warm all weekend.

Size 12 mickeys are my holy grail.
If I can keep moving my matterhorns work fine but if I'm not moving my 1953 vintage mickeys are the only things that keep my feet warm below zero.

I'm happy to hear that you won the lottery, Green county Pete. I understand that good footwear is hard to find @ times.

he is a size 13 and I am a size 14 in the La Cross iceman I am a 15 in most other shoes

so that is like hitting the Powerball of used footwear

some common old 11 or 12 would have been just a good find this was an incredible find

I don't play the multi state lottery hardly ever so very unlikely I would win that
