If you’re not eating the ribs you’re missing out on some good stuff. Trimmed down and smoked they are delicious

When I shot my bear years back I heard nothing but negative on eating it.After my first meal I daresay I liked it better than venison.

Just pressure canned about thirty quarts of bear. Great eating !

Smoked bear ribs are the best.
