I had one. Elekitrikity is overrated, at times. Clean up on the cutting heads was a PITA. Went back to the meat hammer.

I don't know anything about that brand but we have one that my parents bought used out of a commercial butcher shop about 30 years ago. That might be a good option if you have any amount of use for one. We put new blades in it a few years ago at a cost of about $800 but for as much as we use it we should probably never have to put anything into it again. We run about 4-500 pounds a year though it.

We got ours from a locker closing sale, unless you’re doing a lot they’re a real pain to clean, the best way to start the cleaning process is to use compressed air to blow the meat off and then put in the dishwasher while everything is still soft otherwise you have to soak it for a while.
