They are both wrong
Colion Noir says its not constitutional to not issue carry permits. Whats unconstitutional is telling people they must get permission to exorcise a right.
Governor Kathy Hochul says for 100 years they have controlled who carries. Thats a bold face lie. Under NY law the people we need to fear have been armed. In many cases armed illegally but still armed.
