Sako lovers

For you guys with SAKO'S can you only use like a Sako scope mount? Never seen a mount like this .

Yes, and like the guns they are kinda spendy but quality. I think some of the new Sakos will use standard mounts but I'm not positive on that.

I have a Tikka Continental in .17 Rem my all time favorite rifle .

I have one identical and I couldn't find any at the local stores. (And pre internet for me). I had to have Dutch order me some and all he could get at the time were black.

I scrolled down and the first question was if they replace Sank mounts and answer was....yes, if it has straight 11mm dovetail. He needs tapered.

I bought a Sako a couple of months ago and they worked on mine. Looks to be the same taper as mine.

Guys, Leupold and others make bases that fit Sako's. Have had them for years on mine.
