Otter set connected today

One of my two otter sets connected today. That is half of my yearly limit of two.

Thanks, I love it when a plan comes together. Some years when there is a lot of water it's about 8 feet deep at this spot, but with the drought it's a great setup. The beavers build small dams up that ditch to have enough water to swim up into the fields to feed and it is a high traffic area off the river for beaver and otter.

330 Belisle and a v-stand from RGB that works on any size round or square body grip trap. Pretty cool, I like them.

Way to go Flip, always makes me smile when I catch one, looks like a great spot.

Back when the Tibetan Monks wore otter robes....I remember those otter fetching 150.00

We couldn't keep them then, had to turn them over to the DNR, I caught 5 one year and had to give them up.
