My 8 Point Pic

Well, decided to post a pic of my 8 point. This is the tenderloin. Served rare with a red wine reduction, steamed green beans, baked potato, and mushrooms/ onions sauteed in butter.

Thats a great meal there. I prefer a more well cooked wild meat personally. I don't want to be on that Popular TV show " Monsters Within Me."

Uhm, no. That's not a pic of a 8 point. You could have posted a pic of the hanging 8 point, as ask, just as easily as posting this pic. I'm callin BS lol.

Well, I've found myself a bit overweight lately. Maybe a case of CWD can't hurt.

I prefer cooked meat myself. Heated up at least.

Looks great I've had a few myself this year. As for those others that burn their deer meat... especially tenderloin,I just don't understand.

My question is: When that meat crawls off the plate and you stab it with a fork, Do you have to tag it ?
