Pepper jelly - 12/01/22 12:40 AM
Spent the afternoon re-supplying my stock of pepper jelly. Front to back, raspberry haberna then blue ghost, blueberry and ghost pepper, then in the back just plain old mesquite bean jelly.

Looks excellent
I make hot pepper jelly also. Has been known to take breath away when cooking it on the stove. Ghost, habenaro, jalapeno etc..
Catch, I've never seen it made with seeds and peppers in them, I've always strained mine through cheese cloth before canning. Just the way I learned to do it, although not necessary.

We use pepper jelly on top of cream cheese as a spread at cocktail parties. Yours would be great.

Yep. More heat with the seeds and less work. I can never make enough!

I don't hardly know what pepper jelly is. You guys don't need to send me any. I need to see if the bulk food has some for sale. Looks interesting to say the least.

That pepper jelly looks like some good stuff. Some of the best I've ever had was made by Horn. Several varieties, but everyone one of them was great!

X2. Some red jalapeno jelly against white cream cheese is both tasty and nice to look at
