A big court victory for a few of us... - 03/24/23 01:42 PM

...probably only 10% of federal employees resisted Sniffy's EO mandating us to take the jab. In my agency, I was told that less than 4% of us filed for an exemption, mostly on 1st Amendment grounds. I wasn't part of the plaintiffs that sued Sniffy and minions but fully supported them. It now appears that the pure bloods have prevailed. Sniff's minions will have to take it to the SCOTUS if they want to continue their "quest". A little lighter spring in my step walking out the door this morning...

Good for you pc.

I had to do the same thing claiming exemption. It was that or become part of the experiment.

They cannot question religious exemptions. I have been doing it for some time to avoid the flu shot mandate also so I had a history they could not question.

Darn shame a person can't make a choice.

There's money in it for the "big guy" somewhere. It will come out eventually.

bowhunter, my wife is a nurse and the admin at her hospital DID question religious exemptions. Some nurses had to re-write exemption papers three times...goofy.

My niece was a surgical RN nurse at the VA. She refused the shot and they threatened to fire her. She found a VA job not requiring the jab and transferred laterally but at the same pay. Now she works from home coordinating care for vets by phone or internet. That is a job anybody with secretary skills could do. The vets lost a highly trained and qualified specialist for no other reason than furthering a faulty agenda.

Had to turn down a maintenance job for a local hospital since I did not partake in the jesus jab which is required. Good to hear things may be changing.

Hospital one of my kids works at actually let a number of nurses go for refusing.
Now, they are begging for them to come back.

Same thing happened here. My wife and I both work as EMTs for our local ambulance service when we are home. Our entire crew got fired because none of us were willing to be part of the greatest human experiment in history. They eventually lifted the mandates and we are back on now but we were off and had no ambulance service for almost a year. The entire health service up here is so short staffed I feel sorry for anyone who gets sick. A lot of nurses, paramedics, and techs just walked away. The mandates were the single most dumbest thing they ever did and thats saying something!

Re: A big court victory for a few of us... - 03/24/23 10:23 PM

There was always a choice it just may not have had results that were acceptable to you at the time. She could have chose no and let them fire her. It's what I told my wife I was going to do. They can fire me but I won't take it . Fortunately it was only recommended and not mandated at my job. Everyone weighted their options and made their choice. I'm sorry to hear your wife Is having bad reactions. It quite common it seems for blood pressure heart problems and blood clots from people we know locally. Many took the shot under threat of job loss.

This whole thing was criminal.

I'm surprised the federal government employs a Russian propagandist like you.

Well done NonPCfed. Keep fighting the fight, and let the naysayers keep talking. They are at the point now that they will do almost anything to reconcile their decision.

The mandate was one of the reasons I quit my good job, and thankful I did.

I filed for religious exemption. I never heard back from the feds if it was accepted. They held all of the claims in a drawer, claiming that they were all "under review." Then the feds pulled the plug on the mandate. Winning!

I just hope and pray that many who got the jabs early, who had no access to both sides of the hoax, were given a placebo of saline solution, my 87 yo mother was terrified and lined up for the jabs and boosts. Seems to reason they couldn't start out giving everyone the killer doses or they would revolt in 2 days when everyone had problems. They needed a bunch of the first jabbed to sing its praises or the hoax would be short lived. "I'm fully jabbed and boosted, I didn't get sick and feel great" Is what they had to have to complete the hoax!

Re: A big court victory for a few of us... - 03/25/23 02:34 PM

Something I wrote elsewhere yesterday:

Yesterday, there was a major federal court victory for the small minority of federal government employees who resisted taking the covid-19 “vax” shot for various reasons. Many of them objected to the forced mandate issued by Executive Order in September 2021 on 1st Amendment grounds and sought “reasonable accommodation” under current law. The Executive Order was challenged in federal court starting in January of 2022 and on Thursday an en banc (by almost all the judges) decision in the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals went against the Biden administration 10-6. The only legal way forward for administration would be to appeal to the SCOTUS and I doubt they will attempt this last action but one never knows with this crew.

Some federal agencies treated their employees seeking “accommodation” with respect. Others, most notably the VA and DoD, did not and constantly harassed or even terminated employees exercising their Constitutional rights. DoD “leaders” were aggressively adamant in pushing the jab and forced many military officers and enlisted members from the ranks. In one egregious case, a F-16 mechanic at Nellis AFB in Nevada was terminated through a “back door” effort because as a civilian DoD employee, he had survived the Biden’s administration first major court loss when their declared large company forced mandate was rejected in federal court, However, the Nellis F-16 mechanic position required the holder to be also an Air National Guard member and when that side of DoD terminated the jab resister, he lost his main job through the contract company. The aggressive pursuit of unvaccinated people hurt both military retention and recruitment in 2021 and 2022, with the Army finishing a full 25% below those goals in 2022. So, when the bipartisan war party starts rattling the sabers at Russia, China, and Iran—maybe even all at the same time—remember that some American units will be going into battle at substantially less than full strength even before first contact with the would-be enemy. Not a good situation. Great leadership there good ole DoD “management” …

This is a victory for you PC. Anytime the opposing viewpoint goes to calling names, they lost. All he did was call you a name. No facts, no information, no links. Just names.

He lost. Sticks and stones.

Lord God is faithful. The last few years has been rough. I filed 3 exemptions - masking, the experimental jab, and mandatory testing. My EO case is at the federal courthouse in St. Louis currently awaiting a judge. I finally have been allowed back to work - unmasked, unjabbed, and untested all of which I had religious objections to as I sensed immediately this was fear based and science was not being followed. I will continue to follow my Lord and be lead by Him - as He has never failed me yet. The USAF never even addressed my exemption requests for the jab and never even acknowledged the exemption from mandatory, discriminatory testing. I have letters in hand from a wing installation commander who lied to Senator Hawley about my situation. Morale in the USAF is the lowest I have seen.
I will say - I am truly thankful for the excellent Senator I have who I felt like genuinely cared. When calls were made to the installation - action happened, truth might not have been told - but the court will reveal the truth.

Those of you who received the jabs and boosters please read the study from the Cleveland Clinic. Please look at and read the true science and get into the Pfizer documents and read about the impacts to pregnant women and menstual cycle disruptions. Please read about the insurance data on young folks claims. Please pray for our nation and the leaders as they truly need Godly wisdom.

TreeaBlackdog-

I'm glad your ordeal has about ended. As I said at the beginning, my agency didn't come down hard because frankly our HR people just saw the mandate and examining accommodation requests just more work for them to deal with so as soon as things hit the courts, they basically put proceedings in suspension. Unfortunately, the DoD didn't and I'm guessing you're a DoD civilian and you felt the full brunt of their aggressive pursuit of the jab. I'm glad and proud you stood your ground and you have made it through. Others were not so lucky and were forced out or they simply left working for the government. Often those people were better than many of the sheep that willingly complied within DoD or other agencies. I pray your work group can heal from this and be made whole again.

NonPCfed -
There will always be a remnant..........as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord. I was prepared to seek employment elsewhere but I guess God is not done with me here yet. I never dreamed I would have to go proceed in a court case in a federal court and represent myself against the USAF lawyers......
but I could just not stand idly by and allow our constitution to be trampled on and folks rights to disappear. 3 times I have offered to go through the alternative dispute resolution route and never once has any discussed it. I have never seen a lower morale in the military and our DOD lost many of the best employees who had a backbone the last few years. Recruiters are already calling back some of the enlisted folks that were removed and grabbling for them to re-enlist. Tell me - how would you feel if you were told you were worthless and were a danger because you didn't comply with something that did not work and then have leadership come back and try to get you to lay your life down again for this country.

I really believe these actions have truly hurt our military long term.

Nice, it’s people like this that have allowed Michigan and many other formerly free states, to be in the situation th why are in currently. Follow along and never to stand against what is wrong, the leaders would never lead us astray….. keep believing that, as they lead you to your watering trough.
