I couldnt help but experiment with that.

Those are the best .

I’ve made 6 jars so Faah. That squash bug has destroyed my zucchini, yellow squash and cuke plants.

So I have to buy pickling cukes to make them now

I made 8 quarts of spicey zuccini pickles yesterday. Really rough while heating up the mix. I am waiting a few days to try them. Never made those before. I use zucchni to make sweet and dill relish too. I have cucs coming for the refrigerator dills and the bread and butter pickles. I am shreading zucs too and freezing and making pizza crusts. I mix with some whole wheat flour and an egg. Now I need to get some pizza sauce made. Maters are a few weeks off yet. Peppers in this heat are really yielding.

I do love refrigerator pickles, especially for making Tuna Fish sandwiches.
