Had to shut off the water 'cause of some busted pipes. Truly sucks!

Cold here but it’s been worse in the past.

we just hit 3 , but the sun is setting so dropping again.

We have an inch of ice over everything with a temp of about 27F. It's starting to rain again so we're expecting another 1/2 inch of ice for this afternoon and tonight.

I unfortunately laid out a river line Friday but have been housebound ever since with our rigs glued to the ground. It's an ice skating rink out there.

20 too 24 inches of snow winds 20 to 40 mph gust had a high of 3 today and-19 this morning at 5.i don't mind winter but to big of a change in just a week.

If this is the cross we bear to reduce Californian immigrants, so be it.

Used to like this stuff for ice fishing.....but I haven't been in 20 yrsrs.the older I get the less I like it.......

I checked all of my trapstoday.Was cold and hard on the bare skin but I bundled up and walked slow so no sweat. The Long Johns sure helped.

Yeah, I've actually been able to do a little under ice trapping. That's rare, here.

You call 3 cold? Try - 21f with a 25 mph wind and I'm not the coldest. High yesterday was -3f been sub zero for past week, when ya'all get that then maybe you'll know cold and can say it's cold

Love below Zero weather the snow is cold enough you dont have to rebed traps, can set traps in snow and the critters start getting real hungry also they let down there guard a bit.

Like said above it’s been worse but it took me a hour to dig to my cows water.

Was a nice warm sunny day here, got up around +32, water on top of the river ice, I had to wade out check my net. This warm weather sure messed up the trail.

a scruffy tree they had to trim because of them.

Finally get a chance to go ice fishing.

Don’t mind the cold, but the drifting in this farm country has been a real pain in the rear.
Busting through drifts every day. Aggressive tires are a must.
Anyone remember studded snow tires and tire chains? This goes on much longer………

i have 3 sets of chains ready to go. even got a set for our sxs
